Lineage II: A Game of Broken Trust and War

Lineage II: A Game of Broken Trust and War

Lineage II is a whirlwind of battles between two Kingdoms, the Kingdom of Aden and the Kingdom of Elmore. As with any online fantasy role-playing game, in order to play Lineage II you will have to create an avatar (character).   The following is a list of the types of characters you can choose from:
  • First, you will need to choose a name for your character and then you will need to choose a race. There are five races you can choose from an elf, dark elves, human, orcs, and dwarves.
  • After you choose the race of your avatar, you will have to decide what type of character he will be. You can choose to be a fighter or a mystic. A fighter will learn skills of combat, while a mystic will learn skills of magic and sorcery. Your avatars type will determine what classes you will evolve into later in the game of Lineage II.
  • Now, you get to choose your appearance. This means you can choose to be male or female and then change the skin, clothes, etc…

Of course, creating your avatar is only the first step when entering the gaming world of Lineage II. You will need to, of course, make sure that your system meets the listed requirements to properly run the game, and then install Lineage II so as to have access to anything.

There are a few terms that you will need to be familiar with so as to fully understand Lineage II. For instance, when the term “saga” is used, this is referring to the current story plot, and when the term “chronicle” is used, it is referring to the updates to t he game Lineage II.

One-way to have a successful gaming experience in Lineage II, you might consider joining a clan. A clan can consist of a mere 10 avatars all the way up to a huge 140 avatars. If you want to create a clan, you will need to have made it to level ten in Lineage II.   Usually, a lord will lead the clan. Now, what you need to know about clans is as follows:
·         Anyone over level 10 can create a clan.
·         There are penalties if you leave a clan.
·         If you are kicked out of a clan or leave a clan, you must wait one day before you can join another clan.
·         If the clan leader leaves his or her clan, then that leader’s clan is dissolved, or will no longer exist.
·         Clans can be upgraded as they progress through the levels. This will allow the clan to gain new skills. In addition, a clan can develop sub-clans, or side groups. This is done through upping the clan’s reputation score. These side groups are known as the royal guards and the order of the knights.

Lineage II is a massive role-playing fantasy game set up in a medieval period. You will fight with weapons or magic as you progress through the world of Aden, and gain valuable skills in the process. Lineage II is a global game and has updates, also known as chronicles, usually every six months.
