Buy Currency
1. How do I buy from MMORPGmaster?
Click the game you want, and then chose the server from the pull-down menu.
To buy in-game currency, simply select the quantity you wish to buy from the pull-down menu and click "add to cart".
Once you finish your shopping, click 'submit order' to next information stage. Fill in the appropriate details concerning the character information and delivery time.
After completing the information page, check the 'I accept the terms and conditions' box and click submit. After choosing the method of payment you will be forwarded to the appropriate area after clicking 'submit'.
You will now be on the payment page. Fill out the appropriate information fields until you reach the message "You have sent payment!" This indicates that the order has been completed and it is now being taken care of by our customer service team.
2. If I buy in-game currency from MMORPGmaster, how do I receive it?
For Final Fantasy XI, we will deliver the gil in game at the upper jeuno after we have received your payment. For World of Warcraft, we will send the gold through mail to your character in game after your payment is confirmed.
3. How do I check the status of my buy order?

4. Why does the price of currency change all the time?

For those who wish to get ahead, or even to catch up with some friends. Take for example a casual player that just started the game, and can play 10 hours a week. He works full time, and does not have more time to devote to the game. His friends on the other hand have been playing for over a year. They have a huge advantage over him. He could play normally, and eventually catch up with them in a few months. Or he can get Power-Leveling done for him, and catch up to his friends immediately. Thus he could play the game with his friends.

12. How do I open an account in PayPal?

13. How do I verify my PayPal account?
The PayPal verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your PayPal account, log in and click the option that says 'verify my account' then PayPal will give instructions on what to do next.
PayPal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your PayPal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into the PayPal query page and your account will then attain verified status.
14. What is a transaction ID? Where do I find it?
A transaction ID is term used to describe PayPal payments. Every time money is sent or received through PayPal, the transaction is assigned its own individual transaction ID. Transaction IDs are typically 16 digits long and contain both numbers and letters. If you have a PayPal account, you may log in and review the transaction ID under recent transactions.

16. Why won't my credit card work?
Credit cards can be denied for several reasons. The most common reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card. In this circumstance, contacting your credit card centre to check why the card was not allowed.
If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a PayPal account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original PayPal account. The card cannot be used independently through PayPal outside of the account for security reasons.
